VertexBot provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that allows users ("Subscribers") to create, customize, and deploy chatbots on their websites. The Service includes a dashboard for managing the chatbot, its settings, and viewing analytics.
To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service is offered under various subscription plans, including a free plan and paid plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees. All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
You are solely responsible for the content you provide to the chatbot (e.g., knowledge base, FAQs, policies) and for its use on your website. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VertexBot and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of VertexBot.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall VertexBot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this site.
